Η Tiara Roxanne γεννήθηκε σε μια πόλη-φάντασμα. Είναι ακαδημαϊκός, συγγραφέας και καλλιτέχνιδα της περφόρμανς και ζει στο Βερολίνο. Είναι ιθαγενής cyber-φεμινίστρια που διερευνά την σχέση μεταξύ του ιθαγενούς σώματος και της τεχνητής νοημοσύνης. Ειδικότερα ερευνά την ενσωματωμένη στην τεχνητή νοημοσύνη αποικιοκρατική δομή, όπως εκφράζεται στα εκπαιδευτικά συστήματα μεσα από τα γραπτά της και την περφόρμανς μέσου της κλωστοϋφαντουργίας. Αυτήν την εποχή η δουλειά της διαμεσολαβείται από το κόκκινο χρώμα.

Tiara Roxanne performs an incantation of survival, a ritual of ancestral reconciliation. She uses a pre-recorded audio collaboration with Ionian Death Robes, red textile and her body, to exhibit the inescapable terror of the border. In her performance, she is (dis)entangled within material and digital colonial borders represented as past, present and future.
Dr. Tiara Roxanne was born in a ghost town. She is a scholar, writer and performance artist based in Berlin. As an Indigenous cyber feminist, her research aims to investigate the relationship between the Indigenous body and AI. More particularly, she explores the colonial structure embedded within artificial intelligence learning systems in her writing and her performance art thru textile work. Currently, her work is mediated through the color red.
