Louis Mandylor, ενας Ελληνοαυστραλός ηθοποιός με καριέρα στο στο Χόλυγουντ

Ο Louis Mandylor (Louis Θεοδοσόπουλος) γεννήθηκε στη Μελβούρνη, Βικτώρια, στην Αυστραλία, και ειναι γιος Ελλήνων μεταναστών, της Louise (το γένος Mandylaris) και του Γιάννη Θεοδοσόπουλου. Είναι αδελφός του ηθοποιου Costas Mandylor.

Ο Mandylor ξεκίνησε με μια επιτυχιμένη εμφάνιση στην αμερικανική τηλεόραση, στο television show «Relic Hunter» με την Tia Carrere.

Η Εμφάνιση του στην ταινία My Big Fat Greek Wedding ως αδελφός της Nia Vardalos τον έκανε διάσημο. Ο επόμενος σημαντικός ρόλος ειναι στο Martial Law ως Louis Malone δίπλα στον Sammo Hung. Επίσης ο Mandylor εμφανίστηκε στην κωμική σειρά Friends, προσποιούμενος ότι είναι δίδυμος του Joey στο"Τhe One With Unagi".

Επίσης, εμφανίστηκε στην τρίτη σεζόν του CSI:Miami ως ένας ληστής / δολοφόνος. Μαζι με τον αδελφό του Costas έχουν εμφανιστεί στην σειρά Charmed στο επεισόδιο "Saving Private Leo", και σε μια ταινία μικρού μήκους My Brother Cicero οπου γράφτηκε από τον Louis. Επίσης ο Louis έπεξε τον Deputy Lloyd στην ταινία θρίλερ του Syfy, The Cursed, οπου πρωταγωνιστεί μαζί με τον αδελφό του Costas. Ένας από τους πιο δημοφιλείς ρόλους του ήταν αυτή του Bobby DeLuca στο cult-classic Suckers, όπου παίζει έναν πωλητή αυτοκινήτων.

Γνώρισα τον Louis Mandylor στην Νέα Υόρκη όπου ήμασταν καλεσμένοι σε δεξίωση που έγινε στο HIlton Manhattan Hotel.

Louis Mandylor, a Greek-Australian actor made up a career in Hollywood

Louis Mandylor, (Louis Theodosopoulos) born in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia, son of Greek immigrants Louise (née Mandylaris) and Yannis Theodosopoulos. He is the brother of fellow actor Costas Mandylor. Everybody knows Louis from the successful movie My Big Fat Greek Wedding, alongside with Nia Vardalos, he played her brother.

Mandylor has enjoyed success in U.S. television shows, such as a prominent guest appearance on Relic Hunter with Tia Carrere. Other major roles include playing Louis Malone in Martial Law alongside Sammo Hung. Louis Mandylor appeared in the TV show Friends, pretending to be Joey's twin in "The One With Unagi". Also he appeared in the third season of CSI: Miami as a robber/killer. With his brother Costas have acted alongside each other in the Charmed episode "Saving Private Leo" and a short movie written and produced by Louis entitled My Brother Cicero.

Louis portrayed Deputy Lloyd in the Syfy thriller film The Cursed, he stars alongside his brother Costas. One of his more popular roles was that of Bobby DeLuca in the cult-classic Suckers, where he plays a good-guy turned car salesman.

I met Louis Mandilor when we were both invited at a reception in the Hilton Manhattan and it was a very nice person.
