To 13o Psarokokalo Διεθνές Φεστιβάλ Ταινιών Μικρού Μήκους επιστρέφει με προβολές στην μεγάλη οθόνη, με ανεξάρτητο σινεμά από όλο τον κόσμο με ανατρεπτικές ταινίες που θα μας ταξιδέψουν.
Το κινηματογραφικό πρόγραμμα του φεστιβάλ περιλαμβάνει εκατό δυο συνολικά επιλεγμένες ταινίες από σαράντα δυο χώρες.
