The University of Denver is pleased to commemorate the 200th anniversary of Greek independence through a
series of engaging webinars in collaboration with the Osher Lifelong Learning Institute, the Enrichment Program at
the University of Denver, and the Greek Orthodox Metropolis of Denver. Join us for informative speakers covering
topics regarding the Greek revolution, Grexit, and more. Plus, see related courses being offered throughout the
spring term!
Speakers include His Eminence Metropolitan Isaiah of Denver, Rev. Fr. Louis Christopulos (Chancellor of the Greek
Orthodox Metropolis of Denver), Mark Sobel (former U.S. Treasury Deputy Assistant Secretary for International
Monetary and Financial Policy), Danae Kyriakopoulou (Greek economist), and Dr. Angelo Repousis (author of
Greek-American Relations from Monroe to Truman).
