I share with great pleasure the post of dear friend Director Diouri Benyelun for the kind thought of my next landing in Melilla. It will be an important moment to share large and ambitious joint programs as well as priority projects that our clubs will be able to implement international projects under the auspices of UNESCO.

A big thank you goes out to my dear friend Prof. Juan Antonio Vera Caceres, President of the Association for UNESCO in Melilla for the equally exquisite welcome to the World Forum of the Spanish city and for the great values and common resolutions of cultural collaboration that unite us and make us important reality in the international panorama of development cooperation ..

Genoa and Melilla only one bridge for the Mediterranean, one big hug of cooperation and brotherly friendship between our peoples and cultures.
