Please join LAGFF at the American Hellenic Council Annual Awards Gala this Saturday, April 25th at 6 PM at theMillennium Biltmore Hotel in Downtown Los Angeles in celebration of the accomplishments of these outstanding individuals: Chairman, CEO and Global Co-CIO of Calamos Investments, John Calamos and Owner and Founder of Felix BNI, Peter Economides will be honored with the Aristeion Award for their extraordinary accomplishments in their fields of expertise. Former United States Ambassador to the Republic of Hungary, Eleni Tsakopoulos Kounalakis will be honored with the Pericles Award for her advocacy of peace, democracy, and justice. Author of "Kissinger & Cyprus: A Study in Lawlessness", Gene Rossides will be honored with the Theodore Saloutos Award. For more information and tickets, click here.           IPDF - CALL FOR VOLUNTEERS The International Project Discovery Forum (IPDF), which provides mentorship and development to visiting filmmakers and their projects during LA Greek Film Festival, is currently accepting new volunteers for the upcoming event, June 3-7 at the Egyptian Theatre in Hollywood.  Meet filmmakers and make industry contacts while helping to manage forums, one-on-ones, and workshops.
