Παίζοντας με τα στοιχεία της έκστασης της παρατήρησης, της φαντασίας και της λησμονημένης ανάγκης για πίστη, το “Lucy” του χορογραφικού διδύμου arisandmartha δανείζεται τον τίτλο του από τον διάσημο σκελετό αυστραλοπιθήκου που ανακαλύφθηκε το 1974.

Άραγε διασώζονται τελετουργικές πρακτικές στην καθημερινότητά μας; Μπορούμε μέσα από το «ψεύτικο» να φτάσουμε σε κάτι αληθινό;

Toying with concepts such as ecstasy and observation, imagination and the long-forgotten need for faith, Lucy by the choreographic duo arisandmartha borrows its title from the famous Australopithecus skeleton that was discovered in 1974.

Do any ritual practices survive in our everyday life? Is it possible to reach something true by way of something ‘fake’?
