Make your Spontaneous Painting that is based on the process-art concept, a free expression of oneself to reach the vastness within.
The journey to this vastness is a profound self-exploration journey, along which we learn to be present and to cherish the beauty of being.
About the instructor:
Amany was born and raised in Alexandria; she had her master’s degree in medical chemistry, and her public relation diploma years after moving to Cairo.
She works as a communication consultant, trainer and university instructor.
Amany was born to a supportive family, who believed earlier in her talent even before it was shown; her father who was a physician and a talented photographer was her mentor in capturing and recording the beauty beyond the scene …
The artist is an impressionist, who masters the palette knife techniques, Amany participated in several group exhibitions, as well as two solo exhibitions; the first was entitled “Beyond the scene’ at Le MERIDIAN Heliopolis, on September 2013, and the second was titled “His Creation” the Coptic Orthodox Cathedral, on July2016.
On 2015 Amany was the first to introduce the “Process Art” concept in Egypt, the concept is based on expressive painting, which embraces the value to the process rather than the product. She held a number of workshops inside and outside Egypt, with individuals, groups and Syrian refugees. The workshops are under the name of “Ashkal walwan “.
The process art is now an initiative that involves different kinds of expressive arts under the name of “Barah”
