Broadcast of 2011 International Season
Returns to Airwaves Beginning
San Diego, CA – San Diego Opera announced today that it will broadcast each of the four operas of its 2011 International Season on KPBS Radio beginning with Puccini’s Turandot on Sunday, May 28, 2011 at 7 PM.

We share the Opera’s passion for great art and performance. San Diegans are lucky to have such a successful opera in their hometown and KPBS hopes to play a small role in keeping it healthy.”
San Diego Opera’s Geisel Director of Education and Outreach, Dr. Nicolas Reveles, will host “At the Opera” supplementing the performances with historical facts and anecdotes.
