Στον διαγωνισμό προσκαλούνται σκηνοθέτες, παραγωγοί, επαγγελματίες και ερασιτέχνες animators να δημιουργήσουν τη δική τους ταινία κινουμένων σχεδίων συμμετέχοντας στο πανευρωπαϊκό διαγωνιστικό πρόγραμμα «An animated EUphoria by Eleusis 2021 European Capital of Culture / powered by Animasyros» με θέμα τη «Μετάβαση στην EUphoria», ώστε να αποδώσουν το κεντρικό μήνυμα της Ελευσίνας 2021 σε animation.

Οι τεχνικές animation που μπορούν να χρησιμοποιηθούν για τις ταινίες που θα υποβληθούν στον διαγωνισμό είναι ελεύθερες, ενώ η μουσική θα πρέπει να είναι πρωτότυπη, με μέγιστη διάρκεια του κάθε παραδοτέου τα τριάντα δευτερόλεπτα (30”).
Η δράση αποτελεί πρωτοβουλία της Ελευσίνας 2021 ΠΠΕ, σε συνεργασία με το Animasyros Διεθνές Φεστιβάλ Κινουμένων Σχεδίων. Μέσω του διαγωνισμού, επιδιώκεται η διεθνής προβολή του οράματος και της αποστολής του καλλιτεχνικού προγράμματος της Ελευσίνας 2021 ΠΠΕ.
Οι νικητές του διαγωνισμού θα λάβουν χρηματικό έπαθλο αξίας 1500 ευρώ για την πρώτη θέση και 500 ευρώ για τη δεύτερη και την τρίτη έκαστος.
Παρακαλούνται οι καλλιτέχνες που επιθυμούν να λάβουν μέρος στον διαγωνισμό με θέμα “Transition to EUphoria” να καταθέσουν τις συμμετοχές τους έως τις 23:59 της 10ης Σεπτεμβρίου 2019, ενώ για περαιτέρω πληροφορίες μπορούν να επικοινωνούν στο animated@eleusis2021.eu

Participants are free to select their own technique, while music must be original and each deliverable can not last more than thirty seconds (30”).
The project is an initiative of Eleusis 2021 ECoC, in cooperation with the Animasyros International Animation Festival + Agora.
The competition aims at the international promotion of the vision and the mission of the artistic programme of Eleusis 2021 / ECoC.
