The musicAeterna orchestra and choir’s tour is over: 19 days, 7 cities, 12 concerts. It also included residencies in Moscow and Lucerne, with masterclasses, film screenings, and discussions in addition to concerts.

It is also because of the increasing emphasis on ecological aspects in the planning of orchestra tours. — Standing ovation is a logical consequence. This evening, among other things, proves: be that (as it was recently in Salzburg) Mozart, Mahler or contemporary composers, Currentzis is extremely versatile stylistically. Now, musicAeterna returns to St. Petersburg. In two weeks, it will present a new programme: Gabriel Fauré’s Requiem and Yannis Kyriakides’ Ein Schemen.
