Η Εταιρεία για τον Ελληνισμό και τον Φιλελληνισμό (ΕΕΦ) και το Μουσείο Φιλελληνισμού, οργανώνουν μία εμβληματική εκδήλωση και έκθεση με αφορμή την επέτειο της Ναυμαχίας του Ναυαρίνου, στις 20 Οκτωβρίου 2021, με τίτλο ‘Είδα τη Νίκη τη Μεγάλη, τη Νίκη την Παντοτινή’.
Τα εγκαίνια θα πραγματοποιηθούν την Τετάρτη, 20 Οκτωβρίου 2021, στις 19.30 στο Μουσείο Φιλελληνισμού.
Το Μουσείο παρουσιάζει έκθεση από πίνακες, αντικείμενα φιλελληνικής τέχνης και τεκμήρια σχετικά με τη Ναυμαχία του Ναυαρίνου σε διάλογο με γλυπτά του Μηνά Μαυρικάκη. Την επιμέλεια της έκθεσης έχει αναλάβει η κυρία Ίρις Κρητικού.
Στην εκδήλωση των εγκαινίων θα παραστούν απόγονοι του Βρετανού Ναυάρχου Codrington, επικεφαλής του συμμαχικού στόλου κατά την ιστορική ναυμαχία, του Γάλλου Ναυάρχου de Rigny (επικεφαλής του Γαλλικού στόλου) και του Ρώσου Ναυάρχου Anjou Pyotr Fedorovich, κυβερνήτη του πλοίου Gangut, οι οποίοι θα τιμηθούν με δίπλωμα και με το μετάλλιο Lord Byron.
Στη συνέχεια θα παρουσιασθεί συναυλία Φιλελληνικής μουσικής του 19ου αιώνα, αφιερωμένη στην επέτειο της ναυμαχίας του Ναυαρίνου, που οργανώνει η ΕΕΦ σε συνεργασία με τον Σύλλογο ‘Οι Φίλοι της Μουσικής’.

The Society for Hellenism and Philhellenism (SHP) and the Philhellenism Museum organize an emblematic event – exhibition on the occasion of the anniversary of the Battle of Navarino, on October 20, 2021, entitled ‘I saw the Great Victory, the Eternal Victory ’.
The inauguration will take place on Wednesday, October 20, 2021, at 7.30 pm at the Philhellenism Museum.
The Museum presents an exhibition of paintings, objects of philhellenic art and documents related to the Battle of Navarino in dialogue with sculptures by Minas Mavrikakis. The exhibition is curated by Mrs. Iris Kritikou.
The inauguration will be attended by descendants of the British Admiral Codrington, commander of the Allied fleet during the historic battle, by descendants of the French Admiral deRigny (commander of the French fleet) and by descendants of the Russian Admiral Anjou Pyotr Fedorovich, commander of the Russian ship Gangut, who will be honored with the diploma and the medal of Lord Byron.
A concert of Philhellenic music of the 19th century will follow, dedicated to the anniversary of the Battle of Navarino, organized by SHP in collaboration with the Association ‘Friends of Music’.
